Ill Threadz Throttle Breaking Fest takes over the Harley-Davidson Museum grounds on Sunday, September 27, from 11 a.m.–5 p.m. for a free community celebration of hip-hop culture, breaking, art, music and more. The event features a 2 vs. 2 Open Breaking Battle with a $600 cash prize and custom trophy, Best Cypher King & Queen, a Kids Breaking Battle, live graffiti and art, performances and showcases, DJs and an MC, a car show and display, local vendors, a kids area and community activities.
