For one night only, Sous Chef Katrina Panoske brings the flavors and spirit of the Philippines to the table with Flavors of Home, an intimate chef-led dining experience limited to just 16 guests. Blending storytelling with elevated Filipino cuisine, this multi-course dinner is a celebration of heritage, memory, and the dishes that connect us to home.

Excited to share the flavors and traditions that have shaped her culinary perspective, Chef Katrina has created a menu inspired by the bold, vibrant flavors of Filipino cooking through a refined contemporary approach. Expect aromatic spices, bright tropical ingredients, savory-sweet flavors, comforting classics, and thoughtful interpretations of dishes rooted in Filipino culinary tradition, all paired with carefully selected beverages designed to complement each course.

As the evening unfolds, guests will hear the personal stories and inspirations behind each dish, offering a glimpse into the flavors, traditions, and memories that continue to influence Chef Katrina’s cooking today. The Diamond Jubilee Pearls Foundation of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Upsilon Mu Omega Chapter will host its annual Party With A Purpose Fall Fundraiser at Denizen MKE under the theme, “Denim, Pearls, & Pretty Rodeo Girls Pt II”.

Guests will enjoy an evening of music, dancing, and opportunities to support scholarships and service initiatives for a general admission price of $50. There will also be VIP Experience ticket options available for attendees seeking an elevated experience that includes early entry and light refreshments. For over 10 years, we've been supporting local farmers, food producers and artisans, & creating a more sustainable community. Every week, the market is home to about 45 farmers and food producers, selling a first-class mix of produce, plants, cut flowers, bread and baked goods, award-winning cheese, coffee, waffles, popsicles, fish, meat and poultry, and prepared breakfast and dinner items. The first Saturday of each month, we also add a Makers Market, featuring a juried selection of local artisans selling handmade arts and crafts.
