Led by our Executive Pastry Chef, Travis Martinez, this immersive tasting will take you on a journey through the rich history of chocolate, with in-depth insights into each variety and what makes Valrhona chocolate truly special. You’ll learn about the craftsmanship behind every piece, while the chef answers all your questions and offers expert tips.

The Tosa Farmers Market is a local not-for-profit organization that carefully curates the best, freshest foods in the region, but it’s more than that. It’s a community hub for foodies, cyclists, coffee-lovers, music fans, yogis, kids — and all their neighbors.

For over 10 years, we've been supporting local farmers, food producers and artisans, & creating a more sustainable community. Every week, the market is home to about 45 farmers and food producers, selling a first-class mix of produce, plants, cut flowers, bread and baked goods, award-winning cheese, coffee, waffles, popsicles, fish, meat and poultry, and prepared breakfast and dinner items. The first Saturday of each month, we also add a Makers Market, featuring a juried selection of local artisans selling handmade arts and crafts.

An immersive class uniting ocean delicacies and romance. Participants learn how oysters and caviar earned their aphrodisiac status. Sample premium varieties and practice hands-on oyster texture, flavor, and the sensory elements that make them historically tied to passion.
