414 Live with New Age Narcissism
When you ask today's Milwaukee musicians about the local scene, there's one word that almost always gets used: collaborative. Local artists supporting one another by playing on one another's records, opening up for each other's shows, even covering each other's material.
Perhaps one of the city's greatest propellants of collaboration is the collective New Age Narcissism. You know them all as solo artists - Lex Allen, WebsterX, Siren, Q then Sun, Lorde Fred33, Bo Triplex - and together this supergroup puts on a show that embodies Milwaukee's current music scene.
We're excited to host the collective for one of their few *full squad* shows this Thursday at 414 Live.
They're performing in correlation with our No Empty Backpacks School Supplies Drive - so when you come down for the free show, bring a few school supplies to send MPS students back to school with everything they need!
