For the first time in 32 years, Bill Withers is releasing a new song. The soul singer covers Country music legend Little Jimmy Dickens as part of a tribute album dedicated to the Grand Ole Opry star. “(You’ve Been Quite a Doll) Raggedy Ann” is a part of a tribute alum available now on Bandcamp.
