In this mix, we start the new music from artists like Reef The Lost Cauze, an underground hip-hop artist based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Then, we have the latest from James Blake which features a dream team of André 3000, Travis Scott, Rosalía, Moses Sumney and Metro Boomin. The song is from his fourth studio release, "Assume Form," his first album since 2016.
South London jazz scene staple Laura Mich is back with a new track, "Hibernate," where she tackles the subject of homelessness with emotional instrumentals.
We also play a song from Toro y Moi's latest album "Outer Peace" called “Monte Carlo” featuring Wet, where Chaz Bear evolves from hazy jams to some strong future funk.
The experimental beats and infectious lyricism of Marques Martin's carried us into the second hour with "Kissing Pavements," featuring a gospel, piano and electronic touches.
