The relatively slower paced film amps up as the chaos of her family and coworkers begins to affect her more and more directly. And there's a cute bird in it, so ... bonus!
Reichardt is an indie icon and has become a real tentpole for "authentic artists" in film culture, leading a growing number of actors to seek her out. It's been interesting to follow her trajectory, which we’ll talk about in the podcast — plus much more! Like what else we've been watching!
