Today, I'm here with Christine Mendelsohn to share her love story. Christine is an 88Nine volunteer who has been with her husband Scott for 24 years this month. They met through mutual friends and hit it off immediately. "I had never felt a connection with him like I had before, and he felt the same way," Christine says. She suspected right away that he was the one.
"Prior to even meeting Scott, I was very interested in Judaism, and when I found out he was Jewish, I thought, 'Oh my gosh, it's a sign,'" she tells us.
Christine talks about her decision to convert to Judaism and shares a song that reminds her of Scott and their love story, "Come Rain or Come Shine," which you can stream below.
