This week on the 7 O'Clock Sample, we are going to listen to the music of RJD2. This Ohio based Producer / DJ changed the game back in the early 2000s. His debut album Deadringer was a favorite among music critics and DJs. He's continued to produce great tracks for several amazing MCs. In 2006, he teamed up with Aceyalone to make the album MAGNIFICENT CITY.
That track, "Solomone Jones" was created by "flipping" samples from the Allen Toussaint song "Worldwide".
