Cream City Soundcheck followed Milwaukee's own The Fatty Acids as they explored the city before their recent show at Turner Hall Ballroom.
The scramble-pop band stopped by Dream Bikes for a quick tune-up, perused the Growing Power Cafe, and took a bike ride over to the Estabrook Beer Garden (one of the band's favorite spots in Milwaukee).
This short documentary is part of a series started by the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Peck School of the Arts. In association with the Pabst Theaters Organization, the program helps give film students real professional experience while also highlighting Milwaukee's exciting, diverse culture.
