First concert:
First was fun. with Anna Sun-era Walk the Moon at Summerfest. Shortly after, I saw Brett Dennen at the L.L. Bean Summer in the Park series outside their flagship store in Freeport, Maine. So that was my first concert in close proximity to a very camp 16-foot rubber-bottom boot.
Favorite band/artist of all time:
Florence and the Machine. Age 10, I saw the music video for "Dog Days are Over" on my grandma’s TV. I can’t say it moved her in the same way, but props to grandma on choosing a channel with such visionary programming.
Favorite song of all time:
"Carol Anne" by The Midwest Beat.
Favorite place to take a visitor in Milwaukee:
Cactus Club.
How/why you got into radio:
Part of growing to love Milwaukee was realizing I loved what home sounded like. That and my parents’ exclusive supply of vehicles from no later than 2003. When I was 18, I interned with the Community Stories Department at Radio Milwaukee. I got a BFA in Film, Video, Animation and New Genres, and now in 2024 I begin my return to the station that started it all.

Chronologically — black coffee, Earl Grey tea, a Cloud 9 from Boone & Crockett.
