Milwaukee rapper Puerto Wiccan drops another goth-trap banger, 'New Me'

If Puerto Wiccan didn't exist Tim Burton would have to invent her. The Milwaukee rapper not only dresses like a mortician -- she's an actual mortician, and her fascination with the morose and supernatural pervades her music. It's not every rapper that rhymes about aliens and seances as well as tinted windows and dropped tops.

Last year the South Sider turned heads with her single " Big Drip," a ludicrously catchy club banger, and this summer she's returned with another one in the same infectious spirit: "New Me," an ode to grinding set to some classic Bay Area slap. "Mama said if I'm crying wipe it off with a bill/Ain't no fantasies alive because only cheddar is real," she raps.

We also shared the excellent new WebsterX single, interviewed The Oshi and Mudy, and wrote about Lil Aaron Japan, the return of 54 Baby Trey and the new Browns Crew track.
